6.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items if:

• Item is unused in original packaging
• Original receipt is provided
• Return is initiated within the 15-day window

6.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

• Custom artificial living walls & moss
• Made-to-order floral arrangements
• Commercial bulk orders (50+ units)
• Opened artificial grass rolls
• Handled artificial peonies and bouquets

6.3 Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Complete our return request form
3. Wait for approval and instructions
4. Ship item back with tracking (customer pays return shipping)

Refunds process within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

6.4 Damaged Items

Contact us immediately with photos if you receive damaged goods. We’ll arrange replacement or refund.

7. Limitations of Liability
