Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx

  • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Recommended for time-sensitive orders
  • Includes full tracking

Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS

  • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Tracking available but may be limited in some regions

Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Policy

We accept returns of most items within 15 days of delivery. To qualify:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging
  • Original receipt or proof of purchase required
  • Return request must be initiated within the 15-day window

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain our quality standards, these items cannot be returned:

  • Custom artificial living walls & moss installations
  • Made-to-order floral arrangements
  • Commercial bulk orders (50+ units)
  • Opened artificial grass plant rolls
  • Artificial peonies and hand-tied bouquets showing signs of handling

How to Initiate a Return

Exchange Process

For exchanges (size, color, or product variation):
