Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx

Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
- Tracking available but may be limited in some regions
Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges
Our Return Policy
We accept returns of most items within 15 days of delivery. To qualify:
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- Original receipt or proof of purchase required
- Return request must be initiated within the 15-day window
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain our quality standards, these items cannot be returned:
- Custom artificial living walls & moss installations
- Made-to-order floral arrangements
- Commercial bulk orders (50+ units)
- Opened artificial grass plant rolls
- Artificial peonies and hand-tied bouquets showing signs of handling
How to Initiate a Return
