Our Return Policy

We gladly accept returns of most items within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging
  • Original receipt or proof of purchase required
  • Custom installations and living walls are final sale

Note: Due to their delicate nature, artificial peonies and hand-tied bouquets must show no signs of handling to qualify for return.

How to Initiate a Return

  4. Ship Back the item using a trackable method (customer pays return shipping)

  3. Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days):

Non-Returnable Items
